I'm really good at rocks. Look at these rocks. Doesn't it look like you could walk over there and sit on one? On the Leeward Coast of Oahu, in the Makaha, Waianae area, there are a bunch of mini coves with lava rock spurs
jutting out on both sides of the cove with a small crescent of sand in between. Often these lava benches are flat on top, and any depressions pick up pools of water in higher tides. That's what I've tried to show here. Of course I put in a Koa paddle like an ancient Hawaiian just leaned it on the lava and walked up the beach..
