While painting my sea turtle painting, I realized the underwater reef I made was a really attractive environment for some colorful tropical fish, more than I fit into the turtle painting. And I wanted to make a couple of side paintings that could make a grouping, so I used part of the created reef and added colorful fish. It is amazing the different colors that tropical fish can have. The pink and blue and yellow guy at the bottom is a parrot fish, has beak-like jaws and crunches coral for his lunch. The striped one in the center is a Regal Angelfish. Of course I have a Moorish Idol to the right and 4 more further back. I like Moorish Idols.
