Description
Single Panel version of a Multi Panel painting
Don't buy this image, it is only to show what the single panel would look like hanging on the wall.
I do a lot of three and even four panel painting prints because I like the modern look and it is quite an attractive means to decorate a wall. But not everyone has the wall space for such a long decorative display, and some would prefer the more traditional rectangular painting format. So I have redone most of my multi-panel pieces as single panel rectangle works. Check out other pages of my site to see if I have posted a multi panel version of this painting/print.
A Golden Plover wanders a Hawaiian beach and suddenly discovers a treasure, a bit of seaweed, perhaps hiding a small crab. In Hawaii, Golden Plovers are treasures in themselves as they likely inspired early South Polynesians to make their epic voyage north to discover and settle Hawaii. The Golden Plover is a migratory bird from Alaska that flies all the way down to the southern islands once a year and these people knew it was a land bird, and it would leave their Southern islands and fly North for most of the year. There had to be land up there to the North. They followed the Golden Plover and discovered Hawaii.
