I do a lot of three and even four panel painting prints because I like the modern look and it is quite an attractive means to decorate a wall. But not
everyone has the wall space for such a long decorative display, and some would prefer the more traditional rectangular painting format. So I have redone most of my multi-panel pieces as single panel rectangle works. Check out other pages of my site to see if I have posted a multi panel version of this painting/print.
It seemed to me that a popular image was of Hawaiian sea turtles, but often just the turtle by itself, not so much of the colorful reef fish and coral like I did in my first Sea Turtle painting. Of course these images were photographs of sea turtles and likely it was hard for the photographer to find a colorful scene like in my original Sea Turtle. Never-the-less, I decided to do another sea turtle by itself, no fishes, no coral. But in the process I found I just had to add some fishes to give it some movement, so I added the Moorish Idols. Can't just do a turtle on a plain fuzzy background even though I tried.
